1. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

  • The estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India. Availability may vary depending on the serviceability of our courier partners in your area.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver the package.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please coordinate with the courier service to reschedule.

  • If the order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, we may reship the order after re-confirmation and payment of applicable re-shipping charges.

6. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders within the stated timelines, certain factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Remote location delivery

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Instead, contact us immediately at wecare@mewashri.com with your order details and photos of the package.

All orders will be delivered within 7 days
