At Mewashri, we take utmost care in delivering quality dry fruits, nuts, and gift hampers. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds and returns are accepted.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before the product is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns or offer replacement only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with clear images of the damaged item and package.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, as per your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and nuts, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened or tampered with after delivery.

  • If the return request is raised beyond 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the product was purchased under a special promotion, sale, or discount offer, unless damaged.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is approved due to damage or defect, Mewashri will bear the shipping costs.

  • If the return is denied under the above conditions, the product will not be collected back.

Refund Policy : 


Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .



Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.


Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product


Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
