    • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    • Returns/Refunds: We offer replacement or refund only for products that are received in a damaged condition.

    • Non-returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and nuts, once a product is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded.
